Diorshow Iconic Extreme Waterproof Mascara

Since i have not use any beauty products from Dior, so i thought i give this new (or is it new?) mascara a try. It is for " Waterproof, spectacular curl and divine length", so let's see the result.

This is me without curling and mascara; please excuse the deep eye-bags>.<
As you can see, my eyelashes are extremely short.

And ta da.... After a few coat, the lashes are visibly longer, and the lashes does curl(ok i cheat, i did use the eyelash curler). And it is definitely waterproof, even i use my trusted Lancome eye make-up remover, it doesn't remover the mascara straight away; plus i have very oily lids, so the mascara usually smudge after maximum half day, but with the Diorshow Iconic Extremeely, it does not smudge at all, even after a long day .

So my rating...4/5
Pros: It does what it says "long lasting, waterproof, lengthen nad curling ( in my case, holds the curls)"; really does open your eyes.
Cons: Not enough volume ( This is the only downside, otherwise this would be 5out of 5 and i know this is not for volumise , so this shouldn't be a cons.); a bit of a pain to remove (good or bad???)

Carrot, hard boiled egg or coffee bean

A beautiful story copied from someone else.

"One day I was feeling really down, and approached my mother. She listened to my problems, then brought me to the kitchen and boiled a pot of water. She took out a carrot, and put it into the boiling water. She pointed out that the carrot turned soft. Then she took out an egg, and again put that into the water. The egg, my mother then observed, turned hard. Finally, she took out a coffee bean, and immersed that into the water and immediately, the water turned brown. My mother said, "You see, child, in life you have three choices. You can turn soft from your surroundings like a carrot, you can turn hard like an egg, or you can change your environment like a coffee bean. It's up to you what to choose, but in life you should always strive to be a coffee bean.”

obsess

Paul walked into my room last and surprised with how many skin care products on my desk:s
Haha as we getting older we tend to cares a bit more about our skins, so here are the products that i uses:))

* For face wash i use Origin Organic Foaming face wash; and also i use Origin Modern Friction, a gentle dermabrasion once or twice a week

* Then i apply Skin Doctor Capillary Clear on the affected areas while the pores are atill open.

* Toner is the CHANEL Lotion Confort for dehydrated skin. I do not use toner at night unless after face mask.

* Moisturise(s) i uses CHANEL Hydramax+active and M.A.C. Studio Moisture Cream; i use these 2 alternatively as day and night cream.

* For eyes is again my beloved CHANEL Beaute initiale eye ( it works extremely well)

* I also uses Aloe Vera Gel from Holland & Barrett for any scares and break out.

*For lips i uses Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, works wonder for chappy lips.

* For body wash is the Imperial Leather Foamburst, it's like having a "bubble bath" in the shower, and i also use Scrub Actually from Soap & Glaory to exfoliates once a week.

* Body Lotion is the Soap & Glory Big Butter Peachy Cream; i loves the smell and the soft and spongy texture of the cream, let me tell you it's the best body lotion i come acroos so far:) Skin are noticably smooth and soft.

* And ever night before i went to bed i use Soap & Glory Heel Genius Foot Mask and Endless Glove Dry hand Cream.

* I use 3 different hand cream:-
Neutrogena Hand Cream (Concentrated) when i am at work;
Australian Organics for general and straight after shower;
And the Endless Glove which i mentioned above before bed.

I loves Soap & Glory; the package design are awesome and their smells are so good you want to eat them plus it's relatively cheap^^

* For hair i uses James Brown's shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. And i Use VO5 So Smooth Smoothing cream before straightening my hair.

That's about it , not to mention a trip to my see my beautician Suzanne once every 2 weeks, she's brilliant.

Ageing

My beauty corner:)

These are only 3/4 of the products that i use to keeps my skin shine and glow:)
I find it hard, almost impossible to maintain that youthful look where only 3 years ago, my skin was flawless only with the help of a face-wash, toner and a moisturiser. And now.....at 29, i have not only the 3 products, but also an eye cream, SPF lotion, serum.And on a bad day, i use tinted moisturiser to cover up.
"

I blame it on all the late night sleeps and party i used to have and an unhealthy diet:(

When i was still in my early 20's, i go party almost everyday and never go to sleep before 6a.m.
And no matter how tired i was, i would never say "no" to any invitation. And there is a thing/ trick called MAKE-UP:)

Abit more foundation, concealer, blush, smokey eyes... DONE!!!!
All freash and beautiful again.

That's why some people says make-up is like a MASK, it cover up every flaw on the face.

and now 9 years on....
No matter how much foundation and concealer i put on, still cannot cover the under-eye puffiness:(

So i now use another trick... wearing glasses at all time:) on keeps the flash on when i have to be include in any photos.

I guess may be in 5 years time i have to start using botox, and face-lift in 15 years time.
It's so scary just to think about it...........

"Between the ages of 25 and 35, we make the most of our youth. Life is beautiful and precious; it should be enjoyed to the full. And yet something starts to slow down.....Features become drawn, dark circles appear. After a short night's sleep, a radiant complexion can no longer be guaranteed......."

Strictly Addict

Everytime i logon to my site, and i'm itch to blog something, but seems like
1, nothing exciting happened;
2,cannot be bother;
3, i'm too busy watching tv;)

I am a Strictly Come Dancing addict :]

It was so touching when i watched John and Kristina's last dance....
I wish they could stay.T_T

Although i have watched the result show last nigh at work, but because of i missed the first 15 mins, so as soon as i came back from work: Turn on the computer, then logon to the i-player and watching the whole show again *tsk tsk*
Call me shallow, but no-one could ever doubting how good the show were/are/will^O^

AND call me shallow again........

My heart was pounding when Austin and Erin were in the last 3, they are my favourite. So i was a bit a relieve when the host annoucned they are still in

And i'm sorry to see Jodie and Ian has been eliminated. I guess i would be sorry to see any of them leaving, after all they are all really good dancers. Plus it means it's a week closer to the end ( ohhh... i don't want it to end )
